Brackets will close with 8 athlete registrations and will allow for 3 athletes to be on the waitlist.
Registration will close either on 3/15/2024 or with 500 athlete registrations.

ALL GYMS, ATHLETES, COACHES, AND OFFICIALS MUST HAVE A CURRENT USA MUAYTHAI MEMBERSHIP

There is also a list of certifications require for this event. All certifications can be complete within your member profile.

You will not be able to register until you complete the Birthdate Verification and Parental Consent (Youth).

Athletes ages 10-15 will be required to complete a Birthdate Verification, Athlete Physical, & Parental Consent Certification.
Athletes ages 16-17 will be required to complete a Birthdate Verification, Athlete Physical, Combative Trio Bloodwork & Parental Consent Certification.
Athletes ages 18-40 will be required to complete a Birthdate Verification, Athlete Physical, & Combative Trio Bloodwork.

Athlete Physical and Bloodwork certifications must be complete by 3/20/24

Bloodwork must be completed within 6 months of the date of the event - Blood Work Request

Physical certifications must be completed with our form. If you have recently gotten a physical examination you can bring the Dr. the medical eligibility portion to fill out based on your last examination. Officials Registration - Free

Coaches & Officials must register to receive credentials

The Registration Fee is non-refundable as it covers registration administration costs with the following exceptions:

• Athletes who withdraw up the 30 days prior to the check-in date (3/3/2024)
• Athletes who withdraw after the 30 day period with a valid medical reason and a Dr. note proving ineligibility
• Athletes who register in a division with no other competitors may change their weight or receive refund.

All refunds by USA Muaythai will be tournament fees only and will incur a $5 processing fee.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
