Registration Information
Brackets will close with 8 athlete registrations and will allow for 3 athletes to be on the waitlist.
Registration will close either on 3/15/2026 or with 500 athlete registrations.
ALL ATHLETES, COACHES, AND OFFICIALS MUST HAVE A CURRENT USA MUAYTHAI MEMBERSHIP.
Athletes are required to have at least one coach in their corner. All required certifications can be completed within your member profile. You will not be able to register until you complete the Birthdate Verification and Parental Consent (for youth).
Required Certifications by Age:
- Ages 8-15: Birthdate Verification, Athlete Physical, & Parental Consent Certification.
- Ages 16-17: Birthdate Verification, Athlete Physical, Combative Trio Bloodwork & Parental Consent Certification.
- Ages 18-40: Birthdate Verification, Athlete Physical, & Combative Trio Bloodwork.
Deadlines & Forms:
- Physical and Bloodwork Due: Must be complete by 3/20/26.
- Bloodwork: Must be completed within 6 months of the event. Blood Work Request Form.
- Physicals: Must be on our form (valid for 1 year). If you have a recent physical, a doctor can complete the medical eligibility portion based on that exam. Athlete Physical Form

- Empty Bracket Closure & Consolidation: Begins 03/01/2026.
- Registration Closes: 03/15/2026.
- Coaches Registration: $25 (Must register for credentials).
- Officials Registration: Free (Must register for credentials).
Refund Policy
The Registration Fee is non-refundable as it covers administration costs, with the following exceptions:
- Athletes who withdraw up to 30 days prior to the check-in date (by 02/26/2026).
- Athletes who withdraw after the 30-day period with a valid medical reason and a doctor's note proving ineligibility.
- Athletes who register in a division with no other competitors may change their weight or receive a refund once registration closes.
*All refunds by USA Muaythai will be for tournament fees only and will incur a $5 processing fee. Membership fees are non-refundable.*
